Call Schedule: Introductions ~ 5 Minutes In-depth Project Overview From Client ~ 20 Minutes Design Process Breakdown ~ 15 Minutes Questions and Suggestions ~ 10 Minutes Call Review and Next Steps ~ 5 Minutes Consultation fee will be credited towards your bill should you choose to move forward with my services. Calls that run over the allotted 55-minute appointment time are billable at a rate of $25 per half hour.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your consultation or training, please contact me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Consultations and trainings cancelled with less than 24 hours to the appointment time will be billed for the full appointment amount. A single complimentary reschedule is allowed for appointments rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you are not able to make your rescheduled appointment, your service fee is forfeited and you must rebook the service at the listed rate. Consultation and training payments are non-refundable and non-retainable.
