Service Description

Are you a Wix designer in need of guidance navigating the Wix Editor and backend? Look no further! My one-on-one Wix training will provide you with the tools you need to succeed. Because every designer's skill level and needs are different, training is personalized to meet your individual needs. During training we will focus on the areas you are seeking assistance in. I will need to be provided with a list of the questions you have prior to training so that they can be incorporated into the training schedule. The list doesn't have to be exhaustive, but it will be used as a starting point. If we are working on a website in your dashboard, I will need to be added onto it as an Admin prior to training day in order to examine the structure of the website and to plan out training. A recording of our Zoom training session will be emailed to you 24-72 hours after your training. This recording can be downloaded and replayed for future reference.   *After examining your website and/or requests, I will inform you if you need to purchase additional time in order to cover all the topics at hand.   Please contact me to inquire about training times outside of those listed and to schedule same-day training.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your consultation or training, please contact me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Consultations and trainings cancelled with less than 24 hours to the appointment time will be billed for the full appointment amount. A single complimentary reschedule is allowed for appointments rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you are not able to make your rescheduled appointment, your service fee is forfeited and you must rebook the service at the listed rate. Consultation and training payments are non-refundable and non-retainable.
